1. 事業者（運営者）

本アプリ「Interlo（たびとも翻訳）」（以下「本アプリ」）は、Ryohei Sugamata（以下「当方」）が提供します。お問い合わせは tabitomo.support@gmail.com までご連絡ください。

2. 収集する情報

当方は、本アプリを通じて利用者の個人情報を収集しません。

会話の音声：マイクから取得した音声は端末内でその場で処理され、画面表示・読み上げに使われた後に破棄されます。録音・保存・外部送信は行いません。
文字起こし・翻訳文・議事録：端末内でのみ生成・保持されます。利用者が明示的に「共有」「書き出し」を行った場合にのみ、利用者自身の操作で外部に渡ります。当方はこれらを受信しません。
アプリの設定・マイ用語集・診断用のログ：端末内のアプリ領域にのみ保存されます。外部へ送信されることはなく、本アプリを削除すると消去されます。
アカウント：登録を求めません。解析・広告識別子・トラッキングは一切行いません。

3. 権限（マイク・音声認識）

会話翻訳のためにマイクと音声認識の許可を求めます。翻訳セッション中のリアルタイム処理のみに使用し、音声を保存・送信しません。許可は端末の「設定」からいつでも変更できます。

4. モデルのダウンロード

一部機能（言語の自動判定など）では、初回に翻訳・言語判定用のモデルを提供元（Apple のシステムおよび Hugging Face 等）から端末へダウンロードします。これはモデル取得のための通信であり、利用者の会話内容・個人情報を送信するものではありません。

5. 課金（App内課金）

有料機能の決済は Apple（App Store）が処理します。当方は決済情報を受け取りません。購入・解約・返金は Apple のアカウント設定を通じて行われます。

6. 第三者提供・お子様のプライバシー

当方は情報を収集しないため、第三者への販売・提供はありません。端末内処理に用いる Apple のシステム機能は Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。当方は個人情報を収集しません。

7. 提供地域・変更・連絡先

本アプリは日本およびその他の対応地域で提供します（欧州連合（EU）向けには現在配信していません）。本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定し、重要な変更は本ページで周知します。ご質問は tabitomo.support@gmail.com まで。

Summary: All translation and speech recognition run on your device. Interlo does not collect, store, or transmit the audio it hears or the text it produces. There are no accounts, no tracking, no ads, no analytics, and no servers.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information through the App.

Conversation audio is processed on-device in real time, used to display and speak the translation, and then discarded. It is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
Transcripts, translations, and meeting notes are generated and kept only on your device. They leave the device only when you explicitly share or export them yourself. We do not receive them.
App settings, your personal glossary, and diagnostic logs are stored only in the App's own storage on your device. They are never transmitted, and they are removed when you delete the App.
No account is required. We use no analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking.

3. Permissions (Microphone & Speech Recognition)

The App requests microphone and speech recognition access solely for real-time processing during a translation session. Audio is not stored or transmitted. You can change permissions anytime in your device Settings.

4. Model Downloads

Some features (such as automatic language detection) download translation/language models from their providers (Apple's system and Hugging Face, etc.) on first use. This is a request to obtain the model files and does not transmit your conversation content or personal data.

5. Purchases

Payments for paid features are handled by Apple (the App Store). We do not receive payment information. Purchases, cancellations, and refunds are managed through your Apple account settings.

6. Third Parties & Children

Because we collect no information, we do not sell or share it. Apple's on-device system features used for processing are governed by Apple's privacy policy. We do not collect personal information from anyone.

7. Availability, Changes & Contact
